The Company: Bonamode is a newly founded FashionTech company based in Munich, Germany that offers its co-founders the chance to accelerate their learning and build a new company.

 

Bonamode is an online styling program that empowers women to learn how to get dressed, so they express confidently their identity and help save the planet. The extended Bonamode library of Outfit Guides simplifies in a practical way styling concepts, so that women get inspired, re-discover their wardrobe and learn something new everyday.

 

The end goal is to make Bonamode the most fun, fast and personalized way to develop style: for diverse body types, lifestyles, personality traits, etc, through a mix of human and machine learning.

 

In order to deliver the best customer experience, Bonamode is based on the strong principles of Love, Learn, Freedom and Joy.

 

After graduating Founder Institute Munich program in Top 10% and securing an Advisor with large experience in Apparel & Luxury, Bonamode is currently looking for funding for Start-up Phase (12-18 months) and an important part is the Founding Team.

 

The Position: We are looking for a founding team member who possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically and has a few years of experience in a marketing position, ideally brand management or online marketing. You will develop and implement the communication strategy, ensure the customer acquisition and be the Voice of the team. Eventually, you will recruit and develop a team of marketing specialists.

 

Your main focus will be on developing the customer acquisition strategy for Bonamode’s purpose, improving your skills and co-creating the best customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition Strategy & Implementation

  • Define, implement, analyse and improve the overall customer acquisition strategy, according to the funnel and with focus on online-marketing and PR

  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns, including the development of channel specific content (social media, email, blog, messenger, etc.)

  • Develop, maintain and implement the Editorial Plan, including writing, editing, proofreading and publishing content

  • Improve and maintain website content and experience

  • Coordinate media interest in Bonamode and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests

  • Implement SEO best practices

  • Budget management

Customer Intelligence

  • Increase customer knowledge (needs, behaviours, user journey, trends, etc.) related to fashion, styling and brand communication

  • Select and maintain the best tools to stay up to date (web analytics, social listening tools, reports and white papers, experts’ blogs, etc.)

  • Develop and implement primary research projects (on-line surveys, A/B testing, in-depth interviews)

  • Set up and develop state of the art reporting for marketing activities

  • Partner with Styling and Technology to develop the best User Experience

Leader

  • Recruit, develop and manage a team of marketing experts (when applicable)

  • Be an engaged and committed member of the Founding Team in order to shape the culture, strategy and overall company direction

  • Lead her/his own self-development with support from the team

Requirements:

We put much more weight on your actual skills than your formal education. Potential to develop, eagerness to learn and to give your best are of higher importance than what is written on a piece of paper.

Functional Skills

  • Degree in marketing, communications or relevant work experience

  • A few years’ experience in a marketing position, ideally brand management or online marketing

  • Strategic thinking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Enthusiasm for online marketing, with a passion to continually learn the latest industry techniques and best practices

  • Experience writing press releases, making presentations and interacting with media

  • Knowledge of marketing research methods and marketing analytics

  • Basic knowledge of search engines, website marketing, and web development

  • Excellent German skills, good English

  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content

The Location: Enjoy work flexibility - home office, remote working or in a possible company co-working space. Still you should be based in Munich.

 

Starting Date: As soon as possible in part-time or nebenberuflich. Exact full-time commitment to be commonly agreed.
